Can I order my package now?
Before photo day, some galleries may be in Advance Pay mode. This means you won’t be able to purchase a package yet, but you can buy an Advance Pay credit—essentially a prepaid credit toward your future order. As a bonus, Advance Pay purchases come with FREE SHIPPING to your doorstep when you place your final order.
In other cases, Advance Pay may not be available, and ordering will open once the photos are posted to your gallery. Either way, you’ll receive an email and/or text notification, depending on the contact information you’ve provided, when your gallery is ready. Where are the photos?
Depending on the size of your league/organization, our turn around time on league/organization photos is 2-3 weeks during our busy season (April - June and August-September). Our turnaround estimates pertain to business days, excluding weekends and holidays. There are occasional times when our turn around time is much faster than that. Hang tight! After your photo day, we are working our magic behind the scenes and your amazing photos will be ready to be viewed and ordered as soon as we put our finishing touches on the photos. If you chose to opt into text notifications or if the league provided us with your email, you will receive an alert when the gallery is ready to be viewed and ordered. Can multiple poses be used for a single package?
Absolutely! One of the great features of our process is the flexibility it offers. With most of our packages, you can choose multiple poses directly from your shopping cart!. If you have additional questions, please email blazeimagesquestions@gmail.com.
What is the difference between an access code and a verification code?
There are two kinds of codes you may come across when it comes to accessing your photos: access codes and verification codes. You might encounter both during your PhotoDay experience, but what exactly is the difference between them?
Access Codes
An access code is essentially the password to your photo gallery. It is set by the Blaze Images and given out exclusively to the school, organization, and parents of the subjects of the photos. To gain access to a gallery, a customer can type in the given access code by going to "order online" on our website and entering their access code. Some galleries are public with a single access code, while other galleries are private with an access code per person.
Verification Codes
Verification codes are used to confirm that it’s really you that’s about to log into your gallery to make purchases. It’s an extra security measure just to make sure you and your financial information are protected. We associate your account with your phone number and/or email address, so when you attempt to view your shopping cart while being logged out, we might prompt you to enter verification code to help identify you.

How do I text an access code?
Not everyone will have the same gallery type, so please be sure to visit our "Order Online" page and click on your league's logo to see which gallery type applies to you.
If your gallery offers the shortcode option, one of the easiest ways to access your photos is by texting the access code we’ve provided to our special short code at 90738. Please note, this shortcode is not available for all galleries, so be sure to check if it applies to yours. If it does, you'll find the option listed after selecting your league's logo on our "Order Online" page.

How do I access my gallery?
Do you have an iPhone or an Android? No phone? No problem! You can still view your gallery from your computer. Simply visit our "Order Online" page, click on your league's logo, and enter your access code when prompted to access your gallery.

I can't make it to the scheduled photo day! What do I do?
We kindly ask that everyone attend the regularly scheduled picture day. With over 10,000 students and athletes photographed annually, accommodating everyone's schedule is challenging. While we understand life's uncertainties like sickness or family emergencies, we DO NOT guarantee a make-up day. If your child can't make it, you may join us at one of our other jobs in the area within a week of the original date. The photos may be traditional outdoor photos or our indoor/white screen photos. We can't guarentee what type of photos you will get when you don't make it to the originally scheduled picture day. We also can't guarantee that we will be photographing in the area within that week. Thank you for your understanding.
*Take note: If your miss your originally scheduled picture day, your child will not be in the team photo.

How much time do I have to order photos?
To get our best pricing, please place your order within 6 weeks of your picture day. Our galleries expire 6 weeks after your picture day and pricing will increase if you need to order after that expiration date.

How does AdvancePay work?
AdvancePay is a credit you can purchase before picture day and apply to your order after the gallery is released. Not all galleries will have AdvancePay available.
Why purchase AdvancePay?
Buying AdvancePay gives you discounted pricing and special offers not available after picture day. You’re not locked into any package and can apply the credit to any products or packages after seeing your child’s photos.
How to purchase:
You’ll receive a unique code for your child's picture day, which you can text to 90738 for a link or access through a direct web link. Once you’ve clicked the link, you can purchase the AdvancePay credit and receive a coupon for early-bird offers.
Can I use AdvancePay for multiple children?
If the children are in the same gallery, yes! If in different galleries, you'll need a separate AdvancePay credit for each.

I can't find my photos in the gallery. What do I do?

What is a social sharing download?
Social Sharing Downloads are a complimentary feature we offer with our packages for the first 48 hours of the gallery launch, though this option may not be available for all galleries. These downloads are automatically resized to 900 pixels wide with proportional height and do not include a print release. They are perfect for sharing on social media platforms.

I don't know my access code! How can I find it?
Your access code was either available on picture day on our "sandwich boards" or on a flyer passed out by the league or one of our employees. You might also find your access code on our "order online" page. Please note that not all galleries are open to the public—some are private and require a unique access code for each individual.
