Can I order my package now?
It depends on how your school/league/team has set up their photo program with us:
If Prepay is available: You can order packages before photo day! This lets you secure your order upfront and often includes special pricing.
Where are the photos?
Our standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days. During our busy seasons (April–June and August–September), larger leagues or organizations may take 2–3 weeks. These estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Sometimes we’re able to finish sooner—so hang tight! After your photo day, we’re working behind the scenes to perfect your images, and your gallery will be ready as soon as they’re polished and ready to share.
If you opted into text notifications, or if your league provided your email, you’ll receive an alert as soon as your gallery is available.

Can multiple poses be used for a single package?
Absolutely! One of the great features of our process is the flexibility it offers. With most of our packages, you can choose multiple poses directly from your shopping cart! If you have additional questions, please email blazeimagesquestions@gmail.com.
How do I access my gallery?
Do you have an iPhone or Android? No phone? No problem! You can still view your private gallery on your computer. Just go to our Order Online page, click your league’s logo, and enter your access code (emailed to you) to view your photos.

I can't make it to the scheduled photo day! What do I do?
We kindly ask that everyone attend the regularly scheduled picture day. With over 10,000 students and athletes photographed annually, accommodating everyone's schedule is challenging. While we understand life's uncertainties like sickness or family emergencies, we DO NOT guarantee a make-up day. If your child can't make it, you may join us at one of our other jobs in the area within a week of the original date. The photos may be traditional outdoor photos or our indoor/white screen photos. We can't guarentee what type of photos you will get when you don't make it to the originally scheduled picture day. We also can't guarantee that we will be photographing in the area within that week. Thank you for your understanding.
*Take note: If your miss your originally scheduled picture day, your child will not be in the team photo.

How much time do I have to order photos?
To get our best pricing, please place your order within 4 weeks of your picture day. Our galleries expire 4 weeks after your picture day and pricing will increase if you need to order after that expiration date.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also save your card details for future purchases if desired.

I don't know my access code! How can I find it?
All galleries are now private, and access codes will be emailed directly to you. Each gallery requires a unique access code to view.
